NEW RECIPE!!!!!!!!!
CLAMS OREGANATA
12 Clams (opened on the ½ shell)
½ lb. Bread Crumbs
1 tbl Parmesan Cheese
½ tbl Oregano
¼ tbl Paprika
¼ tbl Parsley
¼ tbl Garlic Powder
3 tbl Lemon Juice
3 tbl Olive Oil
½ tbl Tabasco Sauce
-Mix all ingredients except the clams in a large bowl then press the filling onto the tops of the clams and bake for 8 -10 minutes at 350 degrees
ENJOY!!
RECOMMENDED WINE: PINOT GRIGIO
